For over 15 years, Matt has worked in the real estate, banking and economic development industries helping clients identify large-scale construction site locations for their expansion plans across the country.

In his dual role as vice president of Marketing and broker in-charge for Marlboro Development Team, he specializes in identifying future development locations for retail stores, participating in contract negotiations and seeking ways to garner positive stories and social media for their clients and projects.

Matt graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a triple major in Management, Marketing and Real Estate from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C.
