  • Finalize total project cost and schedule

Construction Administration

  • Oversee third party Construction Materials Testing agency reports
  • Conduct regularly scheduled progress meetings on behalf of client
  • Schedule and attend planning and design meetings with architect, engineer and contractor
  • Coordinate and review submittals, Requests for Information and shop drawings
  • Install and maintain job-site camera
  • Review period billings versus project progress
  • Monitor cost tracking and value management log
  • Manage construction schedule
  • Perform periodic inspections for design document compliance and quality workmanship
  • Coordinate clients process equipment installation

Post-Construction Turnover

  • Conduct punch list management and project close-out
