RMC, a subsidiary of NanoXplore Inc. (NanoXplore) headquartered in Montreal, Canada, partnered with MDT on a sale-leaseback of this Catawba County facility. As part of the transaction, significant real property improvements were performed to aid in the functionality of the property and the company’s growth. The company is an international manufacturer of graphene-enhanced plastics and composite products for industrial and transportation markets. The facility will serve as the U.S. headquarters for RMC and produce body and hood components for major North American truck and bus manufacturers.
