With more than 16 years of experience, Kelly has worked with both public and private sector companies – both international and domestic – helping to facilitate expansion and growth across the U.S. through real estate development. As Chief Development Officer for Marlboro Development Team, Kelly is actively involved in securing land option agreements, preparing retail leases, purchasing investment property, as well as constructing industrial and retail buildings. Kelly also manages the day-to-day operations of MDT.

Prior to joining the MDT team, Kelly worked with Pee Dee Electric Cooperative as the Business Development Representative. She also worked with the USDA and its Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant (REDLG) program. She was also involved in processing applications for the other Business Programs offered by Rural Development.

Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Francis Marion University.
