As Vice-President of Corporate Tax Accounting, Jenny manages MDT’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and financing and cash planning strategies. She ensures all parties adhere to federal and state regulations while developing strategies to optimize tax efficiency.

Prior to joining MPD Electric and MDT, she spent 25 years in public accounting, managing a wide variety of clients with a focus in real estate development, becoming a technical leader on complex tax issues.

Jenny has completed the 18-month LEADer’s Edge program conducted by the Center for Character-Based Leadership, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors degree and a Master’s in Professional Accounting degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant in South Carolina and Texas.
