Jeff Singletary serves as the MPD and MDT Chief Business Development Officer. With nearly 40 years of experience, he has worked with the top commercial and industrial companies in the country to promote economic growth in the local community.  His strong relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, public-private partnerships, utility providers, and economic development professionals make him a strong asset to the MDT team.

Jeff is involved in the planning, acquisition, and development of land for industrial parks.  He also works with federal and state legislative delegation and their staff on governmental issues, policy analysis, and strategic engagement.

He holds training and certificates in key account management, the Building Performance Institute’s Building Analyst Program, and NRECA’s Management Internship Program.
