Construction Administration
- Oversee third party Construction Materials Testing agency reports
- Conduct regularly scheduled progress meetings on behalf of client
- Schedule and attend planning and design meetings with architect, engineer and contractor
- Coordinate and review submittals, Requests for Information and shop drawings
- Install and maintain job-site camera
- Review period billings versus project progress
- Monitor cost tracking and value management log
- Manage construction schedule
- Perform periodic inspections for design document compliance and quality workmanship
