As Chief Financial Officer for MPD Electric and MDT, Annie leads both companies in financial strategy, planning and management, overseeing budgeting, cash flow, and long-term capital planning to ensure fiscal stability and growth. She also provides the companies with insights for strategic decision-making and manages relationships with auditors, lenders, and key stakeholders. With 30 years of experience in this role, Annie has gained critical knowledge in navigating through different economic cycles and challenges.

Over her tenure, Annie’s relationships with financial institutions have aided in securing over $100 million in funding to support infrastructure and development projects. Her ability to structure financing in order to optimize interest rates and repayment terms enables growth while preserving long-term financial stability.

Annie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Gardner Webb University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Francis Marion University.
